I am a diversity friendly practitioner and my pronouns are she/her. I work with primary aged children, teenagers and adults - in both individual and group therapy settings.
I am passionate about working with and supporting people with disabilities and I believe in the importance of accessability and disability awareness.
Life can be challenging and complex for all of us, but everyone has the capacity to grow and change and become more self-aware.
I work with people whose lives have been impacted by complex trauma. My experience also includes working with individuals who have experienced perinatal loss, including infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, or the death of a newborn. I am provide support to LGBTIQA+ parents and families, and people with carer responsibilities.
There is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to counselling, but my aim is to meet you at the place where you are ready to start. We will collaborate together, to help you develop a stronger connection to self and others, and to develop positive strategies that will enhance your life in practical ways.
