about me

My journey into counselling is deeply personal. I have experienced the loss of a much-loved baby to stillbirth. This experience shattered my world in ways I could never have anticipated and navigating a path forward required every ounce of strength, resilience, and reflection I had.

After the death of my baby, I retrained as a counsellor. I wanted to channel the pain and insight from my own experiences into supporting others navigating grief, trauma and loss. This work is profoundly meaningful to me; it allows me to witness human resilience, share in moments of connection, and hold space for stories that are often painful, complex, and life-changing.

I offer a safe, inclusive, and person-centred space where you can explore your emotions authentically, at your own pace. My approach is grounded in empathy, lived experience, and a belief in the healing power of being truly seen and understood.

People who know me describe me as a highly creative person, someone who is drawn to the arts, ideas, and exploration of the human experience. This creativity informs both my life and my therapy work, allowing me to connect with you in genuinely imaginative, thoughtful, and compassionate ways.
