I understand that approaching a therapist can be a vulnerable experience, and that you may be finding it difficult to reach out, perhaps with a fear of judgement or criticism.
It is important to me to focus on your needs, values and experiences and to collaborate with you on your journey towards growth, connection and self-exploration.
I aim to create a safe space where you can feel heard and understood. I will work with you to identify any goals you may have and work with you to develop positive strategies to achieve these.
I believe that you as the client are the expert in your own life. My role is to work together with you in a non-judgemental environment so that you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe setting.
