My Availability
For new enquiries, please reach out to me via the email option at the bottom of this webpage. For my ongoing clients, text or email is the best way to contact me - but I will only respond during my business hours.
Crisis Support
I'm often booked out some weeks in advance, so I’m not usually able to provide sessions at short notice and I do not provide a crisis service so if you are in need of immediate support please contact Lifeline Australia on 131114.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means if you reschedule or cancel your session with less than 48 hours notice you still have to pay half the fee. If you cancel within 24 hours notice then the full fee is payable. New appointments can also not be booked if any session payments are still outstanding.
Session Cost
My fees for individual clients are $140.00 per session (incl GST) and $120.00 for concession card holders. All sessions run for 50 minutes. However, longer sessions can be negotiated if necessary and can be useful during some stages of therapy. Please be aware that my session fees do not incur a medicare rebate. I also offer a set number of sliding scale fee arrangements for clients in need.
Session Format and Payment Options
I offer counselling appointments via online and in person sessions. Payments can be made via Paypal, credit card or bank transfer. Further sessions cannot be conducted if fees from previous sessions are still outstanding.
Annual Leave
During each year I tend to take 2-4 absences of 2-3 weeks duration for other commitments and annual leave and I’m not available for sessions during those times. I aim to provide significant notice to clients about my breaks whenever possible.
